Email hello@denbuddy.com. Tell us your pack and den, what you were doing, and what happened instead. If it is about an import, say which browser you were using. Most questions are answered within a day, and faster during the September rush.

Packs and councils

For a pack invoice made out to your unit, or a council or district conversation about putting DenBuddy in front of every pack, write to hello@denbuddy.com with your unit or district number and we will take it from there.

Privacy, youth protection and data deletion

Requests to delete a Scout's record, a den or an account go to hello@denbuddy.com and are handled by a person, not a form. A parent can ask about their own Scout's data at any time. Security issues go to the same address and to the front of the queue.

Feedback and corrections

If a requirement summary, a meeting plan or a comparison page on this site is wrong, tell us and we will fix it. Getting Cub Scout content right matters more to us than getting it published quickly.
