One invoice across several packs, and help getting leaders started, is something we want to do and have not built yet. Tell us if you need it.
Pack pricing is coming for the 2026 to 2027 program year, and we will say what it costs well before anyone is asked to pay. Nothing you use today will be taken away from a den that is already using it.
Most den leaders are one volunteer with one den. One den should not have to pay to be organized, so the free plan is the whole loop: import, gaps, planner, check-in, record and export.
Unit management software sits around 99 to 109 dollars a year and does the committee's job: dues, calendars, communication and a unit website. DenBuddy does the den leader's job instead, and costs nothing while we launch, so a pack can try it alongside whatever the committee already pays for.

Volunteers should not be expensing software. There is nothing to invoice today, and when pack pricing arrives the bill will be made out to your pack so the treasurer can pay it from the unit account.
